About the mission we offer you:
As an S3D Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Installation of the S3D Application Server & Client
- Creating, customizing, and administering the S3D Site/Plant/Catalog
- Configuring Batch Server, Name Generator, IFC server & clash rules, and Rule checker service
- Configuring Global Works share and Citrix setup for S3D
- Creating multi-discipline Catalog, symbol customization, and Custom Name Rules
- Customizing S3D multi-discipline Support Library using Visual Studio
- Deliverable customizations such as multidiscipline layout drawings, iso, and custom reports
- Supporting multi-discipline S3D User Support & Training
- Supporting the setup of SPF Integrated Environment as per project requirements
- Preparing the required project procedures based on Client/Project requirements
- Creating PBS as per SPF or client requirements, defining and creating discipline-wise hierarchy
- Handling all Customizations and Configurations required for S3D
- Publishing & retrieving to and from the S3D/SPID & SPF
- Assisting users in publishing from S3D & retrieving into S3D
- Supporting users with correlation issues
- Preparing 3D Model review datasets and participating in Client Review Meetings
- Interfacing with IT / Hexagon for all S3D related issues
- Managing COMPANY Audits and Data handover to the Client
Typical background and experience required:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- An Engineering degree
- Experience in S3D Administration & Customization
- Experience in customizing S3D using Dot Net Programming (VB, C#)
- Knowledge of Engineering data flow in a multi-discipline FEED/EPC Project
- 13 to 16 years of FEED/EPC work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge on:
- Pipe Support Customization – Visual Studio
- Symbol Customization – Visual Studio
- Drawing/Report/Label customization
- Working with Smartplant Foundation – Retrieve/correlate/publish
Nice to have:
- Management experience
- Experience in the Oil and Gas Business
- Knowledge of Smart P&ID and other Engineering Tools
- Experience with AVEVA E3D
