The Senior Sales Engineer - BMS, Controls is a crucial position aimed at driving growth and managing major accounts, reporting directly to the Sales Manager – Controls in the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role focuses on generating business through AMC contracts, retrofit projects, and control optimization, alongside digital solution selling to enhance the growth of the Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions, specifically in the area of Controls and Digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance: Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliance regulations.
Market Strategy: Differentiate the company through market understanding and innovative sales strategies.
Customer Engagement: Develop tailored solutions for customer challenges using the BMS product portfolio.
Business Development: Emphasize AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution sales.
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify strategic accounts to expand business within the installed base.
Collaboration: Partner with internal pre-sales teams to develop techno-commercial solutions.
Proposal Preparation: Draft technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant experience.
5-7 years of experience in selling maintenance and service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building Management Systems.
Track Record: Proven ability to maintain and grow accounts through generating new business and pull-throughs.
License: Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Determined, results-driven, self-motivated, mature, and possessing high team spirit are essential qualities for success in a dynamic setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
