What You’ll Do
- Customer Engagement: Meet with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, challenges, and infrastructure, ensuring our solutions are a perfect fit.
- Product Demonstrations: Provide tailored live demos and proof of concepts for our cybersecurity solutions based on the specific needs and concerns of potential customers.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to design and refine our solutions according to customer needs.
- Technical Training: Train the sales team on the technical aspects of our products to enhance their selling effectiveness.
- Feedback Loop: Relay field feedback to our product and engineering teams to contribute to ongoing product improvement.
- RFP/RFI Assistance: Assist in responding to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
- Post-sales Support: Occasionally assist in post-sales processes to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect in the cybersecurity field.
- Deep technical expertise in our cybersecurity products and services, enabling effective client presentations.
- Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- A highly collaborative spirit combined with a strong sense of initiative.
- Fluency in English.
Travel Required
This is a fully remote role with up to 50% travel required to be successful. Job-related travel expenses will be reviewed and need manager approval.
