Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with utility EPCs, consultants, and key decision-makers to support long-term business development and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans, monitoring pipeline performance, conducting regular opportunity reviews, and implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure offers meet all technical, financial, and commercial requirements, including pricing strategy, payment terms, delivery schedules, contract compliance, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate and deliver presentations covering product features, economic justification, product differentiation, and key values to clients.
- Achieve assigned annual sales budgets and key performance targets through proactive account management, market development, and opportunity conversion.
- Collaborate with Market Managers and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance market penetration.
- Provide proposal development support, maintain logging of orders, and conduct risk reviews.
- Maintain good knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools.
- Interact with the company's factories, market managers, customers, end users, and the Product Marketing Team.
- Possess strong knowledge about the company's portfolio, including Transformers, HV Products, and Capacitor Banks.
Your Background
- A degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English and Arabic.
- A proven track record in related assignments is essential.
- Flexibility to carry out additional tasks assigned by management that are necessary to fulfill job requirements.
