Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Salary: $22K/hr - $25K/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Design, develop, and implement customised solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems utilising REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, including bulkification, exception handling, and maintaining high test coverage.
- Support deployments and manage tasks using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Optimise data models and sharing architecture through Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery and platform stability.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively adopt relevant new features.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder.
- Proven experience with HexaBPM Managed Package.
- Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and various integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, security models, sharing rules, and Salesforce governance limits.
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions as a Solution Architect, including system integration and technical roadmap planning.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Data Analytics, Einstein, and Agentforce.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery processes.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience leading technical workshops and presenting architecture proposals to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and prior experience in the UAE market, ideally within large enterprise or government/semi-government organizations.
