We are currently looking for a Senior SAP FICO & FM Consultant for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 - 13 years of SAP FICO & Funds Management experience, including cross-module integration within SAP modules (MM / SD / HR / REFX and PM). They should have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations on FICO and Funds Management, demonstrating strong understanding of business requirements and process flows.

Responsibilities include:
- Expertise in FICO and FM implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to Go-Live and support.
- Experience with application development, support, and enhancements.
- Proficient in configuring FICO and FM in S4 Hana/ECC systems.
- Involvement in RICEFW activities: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
- Attending business workshops for requirements gathering, conducting system studies, and preparing business blueprints.
- Mandatory experience in at least one S/4 Hana implementation.
- Strong support skills for FICO and FM during month-end and year-end processes.
- Ability to handle funds management and BCM implementation or support independently.
- Solid functional knowledge across Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank, GL, and Accounts Payable.
- Fiori experience with Approval Apps and capability in handling interfaces in finance modules.
- Familiarity with HR-FI, SD-FI, MM-FI, REFX-FI, and PM-FI integration.
- Knowledge of DME configuration for XML, flat files, and experience in configuring automatic bank reconciliation processes.
Requirements include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and a potential joining time frame of 2 weeks (maximum 1 month). Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
