Senior SAP PMGM and SPCDP Consultant

About the Job:
The Senior SAP PMGM and SPCDP Consultant will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession Planning (SPCDP). Key responsibilities include:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management including Calibration and 360 reviews, and good knowledge in Career Development Planning and Succession Planning.
• At least 3 End-to-End implementations in SF PMGM & SPCDP, alongside knowledge of other SF modules.
• Proficient in Configure Goal Plans, Multi-Rater (360 Reviews), Calibration, Performance Review templates, Route Maps, and Continuous Performance Management (CPM) features.
• Design and deploy Talent Pools, Succession Org Charts, Career Worksheets, Mentoring programs, and Role Readiness assessments.
• Edit background XML files for Goal Plans and Career Worksheets when necessary.
• Manage Metadata Frameworks (MDF), custom Business Rules, FO objects, workflows, alerts, and RBP.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management is essential.
