Key Accountability Areas
SAP Module Expertise and Business Process Improvement:
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes.
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements, promote standard SAP processes, and identify gaps while reducing development effort.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and maintain healthy relationships with colleagues and customers, encouraging positive feedback.
- Contribute to department-level enhancements by driving initiatives that promote governance and standardization of processes, including Business Process & Procedures.
SAP Module Configuration and Testing:
- Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes while ensuring adherence to SAP standards and minimizing customization.
- Define and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to validate key end-to-end business scenarios, troubleshooting complex functional issues or bugs during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live.
Project Management and Documentation:
- Assist in managing SAP projects or programs within established time, quality, and cost constraints to deliver solutions that satisfy business needs.
- Document all aspects of assigned SAP module implementation, including business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, and business process procedures.
Support and Incident Resolution:
- Provide ongoing support for the productive implementation of the assigned SAP module and resolve incidents in accordance with predefined SLAs.
- Ensure that any change requests adhere to the Request for Change processes rather than being processed as incidents.

- Develop effective quality control processes and specifications for products or activities to ensure quality requirements are met.

- Coordinate clearly defined systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking automation opportunities wherever feasible.

- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems or a relevant field.
Work Experience
- 6 to 10 years in a related role.
