We are seeking a Senior SBC System Engineer / IMS Architect to join our R&D organization at the company. In this role, you will collaborate closely with R&D stakeholders—including the CTO, systems engineers, architects from other IMS products, product owners, and software engineers—as well as product line managers (PLMs) and customer support teams.

The primary focus will be on defining, designing, and delivering SBC product capabilities tailored for both telecom and enterprise markets. Responsibilities include:
- Defining SBC product and/or IMS solution level requirements to respond to new market needs.
- Collaborating with product managers, architects, and development teams on product roadmap and feature definitions.
- Identifying product gaps and enhancements toward standards and competition.
- Supporting product design, implementation, testing, and sales.
- Documenting and presenting product capabilities internally and externally.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or telecom; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience in system/solutions engineering in the IMS domain.
- Experience in software design, development, or testing in an R&D environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Session Border Controllers, IMS architecture, VoIP, and VoLTE.
- Familiarity with 3GPP and IETF standards applicable to SBC signaling and media services.
- Strong understanding of signaling (e.g., SIP, H.248) and media (e.g., RTP, DTLS) planes.
