Responsibilities:
- Manage patch management, ADR, O365, and Windows updates.
- Handle OS concepts, upgrades, packaging processes, and scripting.
- Oversee compliance and vulnerability processes.
- Manage Cloud Management Gateway concepts and implementations.
- Drive application deployment and monitoring, server upgrades, and backup/restore initiatives.
- Troubleshoot Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, MAM, and related issues.
- Maintain awareness of device management for Android, iPhone, and MAC devices in Intune.
- Showcase expertise in handling the Intune MDM console, compliance checks, and device monitoring.
- Understand Windows Autopilot, SCEP, PKCS, and the reimaging/rebuilding of Windows devices.
- Familiarity with Azure identity and hybrid technology for MDM and Windows 10 device management.
- Knowledge of Jamf is an added advantage.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and 5-7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
- Strong architectural and engineering experience in planning, deploying, and managing hybrid enterprise environments with Intune.
- Proficient in documentation, including low/high-level design and deployment documents.
- Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Intune solutions and configuration of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Deployment toolkit, Windows 10, and group policy.
- Experience in Modern Windows Device Management and Co-Management configurations.
- Understanding of compliance policy and conditional access policy implementations.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
