Senior SCCM/MECM Engineer [Design and Implementation]

The Senior SCCM/MECM Engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) solutions. This role includes a broad range of responsibilities related to incident management, service requests, and technical support. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling them to resolve issues independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess superior knowledge of MECM/SCCM (versions 1611/1706/1806/2107).
• Manage incident and service request handling effectively.
• Conduct patch management and update strategies for Windows, including Windows updates and in-place upgrades.
• Implement and manage application deployment and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, Mobile Application Management (MAM), and Cloud Management Gateway.
• Operate in various environments, gaining experience through hands-on tasks with Hybrid technology, Autopilot, and Intune.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years in Information Technology, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture and experience in planning, deploying, and managing hybrid enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in documentation skills related to architecture and engineering.
• Experience with compliance policy implementations and role-based access control.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and network infrastructure.
