Responsibilities:
- Security Systems Design: Develop and implement security architectures and solutions for complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
- Threat Analysis & Mitigation: Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security audits. Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.
- Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest security systems, standards, and authentication protocols, as well as best practice security products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, network, and software development teams to design and integrate robust security measures.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response protocols and procedures to handle security breaches efficiently and minimize impact.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a security architecture role or a similar position, and a minimum of 8 years in related professional roles such as security engineer, specialist, or architect.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in security architecture design and implementation, knowledge of security protocols and standards, and experience with security systems and tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
