The Security Assurance Services (SAS) team at the company is looking for a talented Senior Security Assurance Solutions Architect. This role focuses on establishing scalable security solutions that drive business outcomes for both internal and external customers. The mission is to secure the world’s workloads while investing in security mechanisms and automation on behalf of customers.

As a member of the company Security Assurance Services team, you will work closely with large enterprise customers to operationalize the shared responsibility model during their migration to the cloud. This position is ideal for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance leader who can tackle the challenges of migrating systems to the cloud. You will aid executives in meeting enterprise risk management requirements utilizing scalable computing architectures.

In this customer-facing role, you will contribute significantly at the intersection of cloud, cybersecurity, and compliance. You will engage with various business lines, gaining insights from diverse security and compliance use cases. Success will be measured by your ability to enable customers to transition their workloads and regulated data into the cloud while fulfilling specific risk, regulatory, and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security assurance and compliance programs, collaborating with team members, partners, and customers.
  • Define innovative compliance and risk management approaches for customers to facilitate faster transitions of sensitive workloads to the cloud.
  • Work with teams to resolve security assurance inquiries and manage risk while achieving compliance within the company Cloud through discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with company engineering and business teams to relay partner and customer feedback for technology roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in information security and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security.
  • Familiarity with risk management and internal audit processes, including risk assessments and control management.
  • Experience securing cloud services and understanding scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience advising on architectures compliant with standards like NIST 800-53 and GDPR.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CISA, or CIA.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Security certifications like CISSP, CISA, or GCIH.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience conducting security assessments and audits.
