The Senior Security Consultant is responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of comprehensive security solutions across large-scale built environment projects in the Middle East. The role ensures that physical, electronic, and operational security measures are strategically integrated into developments to protect people, assets, and operations while adhering to local regulatory requirements and international best practices.

This position requires technical leadership through all project stages from pre-concept to tender documentation, construction support, and commissioning. The role promotes the integration of security-by-design principles within the overall design process, ensuring that all security measures are functional, efficient, and seamlessly integrated.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in security engineering, security risk management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in security design engineering or security risk management.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale built environment projects within the Middle East.
  • Familiarity with regional security regulations and authority approval processes (e.g., SIRA, HCIS, MOI).
  • Strong knowledge of Security Risk Management methodologies and design integration with other disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and technical report writing skills.

Language Requirements:
Knowledge of local language(s) in addition to English may be beneficial but is not explicitly mentioned.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop security strategies for complex developments, including security risk assessments.
  • Prepare detailed security system designs and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients on physical and technical security matters.

  • Contribute to business development through proposals and client relationship management.
