Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support solutions with SIEM and Microsoft security technologies.
- Administer Microsoft Defender (ATP), Azure Cloud Access Security Broker & Azure Threat Protection products within customer environments.
- Manage day-to-day activities of Azure IP platform and assure project execution adheres to standards.
- Analyze customer needs and expectations to design appropriate solutions.
- Serve as the primary responder for Managed Security customer systems, addressing client configuration issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- College degree or equivalent training with relevant experience in a Security Operations Center or Managed Security.
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Security Engineer and 7-8 years for Senior Security Engineer in supporting and maintaining Splunk, Azure M365.
- Proven experience administering and managing Splunk and Sentinel SIEM, including content development and custom use cases.
- Knowledge of integrating various tools and data connectors for Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk SIEM.
- Understanding of information security concepts across various domains.
- Experience in client ticketing and knowledge base systems for incident tracking.
- Shift flexibility required, including after-hours support when necessary.
