Senior Security Engineer – OT

Help AG is seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer – OT who will be responsible for providing technical support, administration, and maintenance for Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity services. This role focuses on ensuring the availability, integrity, and secure operations of Industrial Automation & Control Systems (IACS), SCADA, DCS, and other mission-critical OT systems. The primary objective is to implement and maintain cybersecurity controls in compliance with established OT Cybersecurity Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and maintenance for OT cybersecurity systems, including managing cybersecurity tools such as antivirus, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
• Maintain an inventory of OT cybersecurity assets and administer user accounts and access controls.
• Perform patch management, conduct system health checks, and troubleshoot cybersecurity incidents in OT environments.
• Monitor security events and respond to cybersecurity incidents, coordinating remediation actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and update OT cybersecurity policies and procedures, collaborate with various units, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-7 years in IT Security with at least 3 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA/DCS systems, industrial protocols, and cybersecurity tools.
• Experience with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-53 frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, CCNA Security, CISSP, and others are preferred.
