Responsibilities:

Zscaler ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access):
- Configure and manage ZIA policies including URL Filtering, SSL Inspection, Cloud Firewall, DNS control, and web filtering.
- Define DLP policies for data exfiltration prevention.
- Manage Zscaler Client Connector deployment and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Monitor ZIA logs and correlate events using SIEM.

Zscaler ZDX (Zscaler Digital Experience):
- Configure and tune ZDX sensors to monitor app, network, and device health.
- Set up performance KPIs for digital experience scoring.

Zscaler ZTNA (Private Access):
- Configure Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure access to internal applications.
- Conduct Zero Trust maturity assessments.

Defender for Endpoint (MDE):
- Deploy onboarding packages and configure real-time protection settings.
- Analyze device behavior anomalies.

Defender for Identity / Azure ATP:
- Monitor and analyze lateral movement and privilege escalation activity.

Tenable Security Center (SC):
- Configure and schedule vulnerability scans.
- Analyze plugin outputs and generate vulnerability reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- College degree or equivalent training in cybersecurity, with 5-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Infrastructure Security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA/ZTNA, and ZDX.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR Suite and experience with Tenable Security Center.
- Preferred certifications: Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP), Microsoft Certified: SC-200/SC-300/AZ-500, Tenable Certified Professional, Security+.
