Position

As a Senior Security Incident Handling Specialist, you will cover incidents impacting the client’s end-user endpoints and email/collaboration platforms. You will act as the NGSOC to-Service Desk bridge.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage incidents from Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, and Intune.
  • Validate phishing, malware, and endpoint compromise incidents escalated by MSS NGSOC.
  • Coordinate with the client’s Service Desk for rapid containment (e.g., account disablement, device isolation).
  • Track and ensure closure of all end-user related security tickets in alignment with SLA.
  • Support awareness campaigns by providing recent phishing and social engineering trends to the client’s training teams.
  • Oversee automated playbooks for phishing remediation, email blocking, and endpoint isolation in Sentinel.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service desk processes.
  • Expertise in phishing analysis and email security (Microsoft Defender for Office 365).
