The Physical Security System and Technology Team, part of the physical security department in Corporate Services, is responsible for leveraging technological means to mitigate security risks within the workplace. The team handles daily operations, maintenance, and upgrades of global physical security and prevention systems (such as Lenel, Hikvision, Avigilon, etc.), and manages physical security-related data.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users, document system issues, analyze root causes, recommend solutions, resolve issues, and provide status updates to users and management.
- Offer guidance to internal R&D teams on integration between internally developed applications and security systems.
- Coordinate with security system vendors to address outstanding issues raised by internal R&D teams and provide periodic status updates to management.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the security system vendor and participate in periodic meetings.
- Conduct system health checks to ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of global security systems.
- Perform application and system upgrades based on vendor recommendations to enhance software capabilities and develop system testing and validation procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with one or more programming languages, including Shell scripting, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed applications & systems, or managing databases, operating systems, and servers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to proactively identify problems and foster continuous development and progress on related projects.
- Certification or training in Lenel physical security-related applications and systems.
