Qualifications

  • Experience in security technologies: Strong technical expertise with Microsoft security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Zero Trust.
  • Industry knowledge: Proven experience in designing and implementing security strategies for large enterprises, particularly in the Saudi or GCC market.
  • Regulatory understanding: Deep understanding of local cybersecurity regulations (e.g., NCA, SAMA).
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to engage and influence customers at various levels.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Senior Security Technical Specialist role include:

  • Engage with key customers to understand their security needs and design Microsoft-based solutions that address these challenges.
  • Lead technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing Microsoft’s security portfolio, including Defender, Sentinel, and Zero Trust architectures.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft security technologies by providing guidance on implementation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure customer success and alignment with regional regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends and threats to provide cutting-edge advice to clients.
  • Data Governance: Ensure visibility and management of the full information lifecycle, including advanced eDiscovery capabilities to help meet legal obligations.
  • Cover key topics for each solution area, such as M365 Copilot, architecture designs, and prioritizing technical training or business meetings.
  • Introduce the sales process, including relevant timing for Technical Specialist tasks like demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Engage with sellers to own and win customers’ technical decisions to buy and use Microsoft solutions and cloud services.
