Senior Service Delivery Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Provide world-class delivery support by coordinating activities across technical solution teams to ensure compliance with contract obligations.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent customer impacts, driving continuous improvement.
• Enhance client communications and relationships with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing customer experience.
• Develop strategic account growth plans in collaboration with sales and Global Services SMEs, focusing on identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
• Maintain oversight of all service issues, managing customer relations during priority escalations.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a Service Delivery Engineer with a proven record of executing complex projects.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to coordinate teams effectively across all program activities.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• A strategic mindset with a successful track record of account growth.

Desirable Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
