As a Senior Service Designer - B2B, you will be responsible for driving and implementing a comprehensive service design strategy. This role requires collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to uncover user needs and transform insights into actionable service solutions. You will also lead a team of design and research professionals, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver a service design strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct user research and service design activities to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Design user journeys, service blueprints, and interaction models for seamless customer experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops to drive ideation and problem-solving across teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance end-to-end services and digital experiences.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable service strategies.
  • Advocate for human-centered design and ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Build and manage a high-performing design and research team, mentoring team members to elevate overall capabilities.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to data privacy principles and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in service design, user experience design, or design research.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering multi-channel services.
  • Proficiency in creating service artifacts such as personas and journey maps.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of human-centered design principles and user behavior.
  • Familiarity with research tools and design software.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
