Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Respond to trouble requests by providing on-site services to restore equipment functionality according to customer requests and contract obligations.
- Execute installations, modifications, application change requests, and other professional services jobs in line with work orders and customer contracts.
- Carry out on-site preventive maintenance, service actions, and routine tasks in accordance with customer requests and contract obligations.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
- Deliver effective technical support to recover from system failures and enhance preventive maintenance activities.
- Promote services and spare parts proactively to customers.
- Report job status and updates regularly to management.
- Follow up and close customer service issues efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects and various the company products simultaneously.
- Engineer the company control systems and generate necessary documentation.
- Drive projects independently as guided by lead engineers, managing time efficiently and adhering to company policies on documentation and reporting.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and analyses while coordinating with site engineers for updates and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of invoices aligned with project milestones, verifying all required documentation for billing is complete.
- Train customers and the company employees on ILB/OMS, TLSVP system engineering, and maintenance.
- Maintain proper documentation for job/project close-out and audits.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics).
- 9-10 years of hands-on experience in engineering, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company control systems.
- Mandatory knowledge and experience with the company ILB/OMS, TLSVP, and PRM.
- Familiarity with the company ICSS Life Cycle Management is advantageous.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
