Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Service Engineering function in project and customer meetings.
- Contribute to project execution philosophy and plan.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and system design by providing lessons learned feedback.
- Manage and estimate service engineering activities, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Conduct real-time risk and opportunity assessments during service engineering activities.
- Interface with customers and external providers to facilitate the approval of plant acceptance criteria and address open issues.
- Develop and coach colleagues while cultivating a network of engineering contacts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements through rigorous documentation and project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Substation Control and Protection Systems for EHV, HV, and MV systems, including protection philosophies.
- In-depth product knowledge of Hitachi Energy and competitor IEDs.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, IET, ITT, PCM, MiCOM, Digsi.
- Intermediate knowledge of OT cybersecurity requirements.
- Ability to lead and manage technicians.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
