Senior Service Engineer

About the Job:
The Senior Service Engineer will provide service and support for the company's products, encompassing maintenance services, diagnostics, installation and commissioning, start-up, and problem resolution. This role serves as the focal point for customer technical support, including service contracts, projects, and technical solutions. The engineer will advise customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced maintenance tasks according to customer requirements.
• Provide recommendations for product solutions, enhancements, and system health checks.
• Lead service projects and ensure effective customer coordination.
• Resolve complex technical issues and manage customer disruptive events.
• Offer technical expertise to support customers and the company's teams.
• Mentor Service Engineers and Technicians locally.
• Provide on-site instruction in the application, maintenance, and operation of the company's Process Management products.
• Identify service/product opportunities and support the sales process.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
• Comply with all business processes including documentation, health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (control engineering, computer science, or electronics).
• 6-8 years of experience in automation and control systems within process industries.
• Associate level certification for services performed at the site and a professional level certificate in at least one area of expertise.
• Preferably have sound knowledge of the company's Process Management and related products.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Language Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
