Senior Service Engineer - Telecom

As a Senior Service Engineer at the company, you will execute SLA Programs, Retrofit Upgradations, and modifications of Control and Protection systems for medium- or high-complexity assignments. Your role includes managing site activities efficiently and in compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiently handle Telecom SDH Multiplexer, PDH Multiplexer, Wireless Routers/Bridges, Switches, Routers, PABX Systems, and Network Management Products.
• Work as a Telecom engineer in PDH, SDH, Ethernet, and MPLS-TP technologies, collaborating with the tendering team to propose technical solutions that meet client specifications.
• Advise clients on maintenance and upgrades of existing installations.
• Conduct presentations and training on new products/solutions for internal and external customers.
• Represent the Service Engineering function at project and design review meetings.
• Implement design changes and produce as-built project documentation.
• Support Project Managers in issuing claims related to scope of work, cost and time impact, and risk quantifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of the company systems and the technical environment.
• Knowledge and experience of third-party products and systems.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
