Senior Service Engineer

As a Senior Service Engineer at the company, you will provide service and support for the company's products, which includes maintenance services, diagnostics, installation and commissioning, start-up, and problem resolution. You will be the focal point for customer technical support, handling service contracts, projects, and providing technical solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing advanced maintenance tasks per customer requirements.
• Advising customers on product or solution enhancements and system health checks.
• Leading service projects and owning customer coordination.
• Resolving complex technical issues and managing customer disruptive events.
• Providing technical expertise to support customers and the company's teams.
• Mentoring Service Engineers and Technicians in the local team.
• Providing on-site customer instruction for the company Process Management products.
• Identifying service/product opportunities and assisting the sales process.
• Complying with all the company's business processes and adhering to Health, Safety & Environment policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (control engineering, computer science, or electronics).
• In-depth knowledge and experience of automation and control systems in process industries, with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Associate level certification for all services performed on-site and a Professional level certificate in at least one area of expertise is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of the company Process Management, Process Systems, and Solutions products.
• Driver’s License preferred.

Language Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
