Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid (Onsite & Remote), Full-time

Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and the company guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers and identify opportunities in the installed base to improve system and operational performance. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing service work per customer orders and expectations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Delivering superior customer experiences and effectively communicating service work timelines.
• Identifying new service business opportunities for the company in close cooperation with customers and other teams.
• Coaching technicians and engineers while supervising complex site activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electrical/Control/Automation for Process Industries.
• Experience with High Rectifier systems, DC Isolators, DC Current metering Units, Thyristors/Diode firing, and Cooling Systems.
• Expertise in Engineering, Testing, Commissioning, Service, Maintenance, and Project Execution.
• High level of teamwork, collaborative problem-solving, analytical thinking, proactivity, and customer service mindset.
• Degree in Electrical/Control/Automation or related field, with proven experience.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
