Senior Service Mapping Consultant

We are currently looking for a Senior Service Mapping Consultant for our Qatar operations in Doha, Qatar. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Candidates should possess hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, and have a strong understanding of CMDB structure, CI classes, and relationships.

Applicants should also have knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, databases, networks, and cloud platforms, as well as experience troubleshooting discovery probes, patterns, and integrations. The ability to analyze complex service dependencies and create clear visual service maps is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key responsibilities include configuring, managing, and maintaining Service Mapping and Discovery tools within the ITSM platform, as well as creating and maintaining service maps to ensure accurate relationships between applications, services, and infrastructure.

The expected joining timeframe is 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
