Senior ServiceNow Administrator

Synechron is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator with over 8 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.
• Design and implement complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
• Manage CMDB health, Discovery integrations, and Asset Management processes.
• Oversee Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational security standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior admins and support teams.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications like ITSM, Discovery, or HRSD are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Exposure to ServiceNow modules like HRSD, SecOps, or GRC.
• Ability to lead platform governance and roadmap planning.
