The Senior Services Solutions Manager (SSM) at Level 4 is a fully qualified professional responsible for managing complex engagements, focusing on the strategic transition of customers from purchasing "hours" to achieving "defined impact" and business value. You will act as a consultative challenger, ensuring every Statement of Work (SOW) is linked to specific business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex Problem Solving: Tackle problems of diverse scope with thorough data analysis.
• Strategic Impact: Own the services lifecycle for high-stakes, complex engagements.
• Operational Leadership: Implement Scope Governance and maintain practice margin health through meticulous SFDC rigor.
• Consultative Challenger: Challenge unrealistic customer requests and propose strategic trade-offs to protect project health.
• Scope Governance: Lead technical discovery pre-signature and manage change processes for all scope modifications.
• Commercial Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC.
• Value Engineering: Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Networking: Collaborate with senior internal and external personnel to drive alignment.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
• Field Expertise: 8-12 years in field sales or services delivery, specifically within Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud fields.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in Technical Discovery and Scoping.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to exercise good judgment in complex environments.
