The Senior Site Architect is a senior member of the site supervision team responsible for leading and coordinating all architectural works during the construction phase. This role acts as the technical authority for architectural site supervision, ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, quality standards, and statutory regulations. The role supports the Resident Engineer in the project's successful delivery by providing technical leadership, managing contractor performance, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, workmanship, and coordination are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience in architectural site supervision
- Minimum 5 years' UAE/GCC experience on large-scale building projects
- Experience working within an engineering consultancy or multidisciplinary consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of UAE Building Codes and authority requirements
- Experience on commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-rise developments
- Professional registration is desirable

- Ability to act as the architectural technical authority within the project team
- Capable of providing technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to junior engineers and inspectors
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, and as-built drawings for architectural works
- Monitor architectural finishes and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), Snag Lists, and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Monitor contractor quality control procedures and the implementation of corrective actions
- Support the Resident Engineer in resolving technical and construction-related issues
- Mentor junior engineers and Site Inspectors
