Qualifications:
- Any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related STEM field with a major in Mathematics.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong coding skills and the ability to troubleshoot code errors efficiently.
- Knowledge of industry trends and technologies, with a focus on enhancing system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices in code development focused on maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
- Introduce innovative solutions to improve system reliability.
- Utilize design patterns to ensure robust and fault-tolerant system interactions.
- Analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to quickly identify issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve the reliability of application services and release procedures.
- Engage in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
- Understand observability enablement across different application stacks.
- Maintain control over production environments to expedite issue identification and mitigation.
