About the Role
The company is looking for a Senior Sitecore Engineer / Architect to design, develop, and modernize enterprise and government portals using Sitecore XP/XM and Sitecore AI / XM Cloud. The role will focus on bilingual Arabic/English portals, Sitecore upgrades, migrations, integrations, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Sitecore XP/XM 10.x solutions using C#, .NET, Helix, and SXA.
• Build headless solutions using Sitecore AI / XM Cloud, JSS, Next.js, and Graph QL.
• Develop bilingual Arabic/English RTL portals following WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Lead Sitecore upgrades and XP-to-XM Cloud migration initiatives.
• Integrate Sitecore with e-services, identity providers, Solr/Sitecore Search, and analytics.
• Manage deployments using Azure/AKS, SCS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform security hardening, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to development and client teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of hands-on Sitecore development.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET, Sitecore XP/XM 10.x, SXA, and Solr.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, JSS, and Graph QL.
• Experience delivering multilingual Arabic/RTL enterprise or government websites.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, and Sitecore Content Serialization.
• Proven experience in at least one architect-level Sitecore engagement.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sitecore certification such as XM Cloud Developer or Sitecore 10 .NET Developer.
• Hands-on XM Cloud / Sitecore AI migration experience.
• Experience with Sitecore Personalize, CDP, or Content Hub.
• Previous GCC government portal experience.
