Key Responsibilities:
- Sitecore Development: Lead the development of Sitecore XP and headless JSS applications using Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Personalization and User Experience: Design and implement personalized user experiences using Sitecore’s Rules Engine.
- Form Development and Security: Develop complex forms ensuring proper validation and secure data handling.
- Multi-language and Multi-site Management: Set up and manage multi-language content and maintain multi-site environments.
- Experience Analytics: Integrate Sitecore Experience Analytics to track user interactions and analyze user behavior.
- DevOps and Deployment: Dockerize Sitecore applications and work with the DevOps team to automate deployment pipelines.
- Optimization and Best Practices: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore development, including Sitecore JSS and headless architecture.
- Proficiency in Next.js, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Sitecore personalization, experience analytics, and tracking implementation.
- Experience with multi-language and multi-site Sitecore setups is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including CSRF protection and secure form handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is expected; additional languages may be beneficial.
