Key Responsibilities:
- Sitecore Development: Lead the developments of Sitecore XP and headless JSS applications using Next.js or similar frameworks, implement and optimize GraphQL or REST API integrations, and ensure all frontend components are CMS-enabled.
- Personalization, A/B Testing and User Experience: Design personalized user experiences based on user behavior and manage dynamic content and personalization rules.
- Form Development and Security: Develop complex forms and ensure proper validation and secure data handling.
- Multi-language and Multi-site Management: Set up and manage multi-language content and configure multi-site environments.
- Experience Analytics: Integrate Sitecore Experience Analytics to track user interactions and collaborate with marketing and analytics teams.
- DevOps and Deployment: Dockerize Sitecore applications for scalable deployment and automate deployment pipelines.
- Optimization and Best Practices: Ensure all applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore development, including Sitecore JSS and headless architecture.
- Proficiency in Next.js, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Proven experience in building and managing CMS-enabled components with Sitecore.
- Experience with multi-language and multi-site Sitecore setups is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of Docker and containerization practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
