Senior SME Microsoft Infrastructure & Endpoint Engineer

We are seeking a Senior / SME Microsoft Infrastructure & Endpoint Engineer with 8–12+ years of relevant enterprise infrastructure experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, and SCCM/MECM. This role will serve as an L3/SME escalation point for on-premises infrastructure and provide L2 support for Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, WSUS, and Windows Server 2012 R2–2025.
• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019.
• Manage SCCM/MECM, including patching and software distribution.
• Provide L2 support for Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Develop PowerShell automation for infrastructure administration.
• Support migrations, upgrades, backup/DR, security hardening, and performance optimization.
• Act as L3 escalation point, perform RCA, resolve critical incidents, and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in change/on-call activities.

Required Skills:

• Expert knowledge in VMware & Hyper-V, Active Directory & Windows Server, Exchange Server, and SCCM/MECM.
• Strong knowledge in DNS/DHCP/GPO and PowerShell.
• Relevant experience with Azure / Microsoft 365.

Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of relevant enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with VMware.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL certifications are a plus.
