Senior SMM manager

About the Role
We are seeking a strong Senior SMM Manager based in Dubai, with exceptional visual taste, high content awareness, and extensive experience in the UAE market. This role involves working with global premium and luxury brands, including Bentley, Trussardi, Elie Saab, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across all group brands.
• Manage 4+ accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Align key content directly with the agency CEO.
• Build and optimize internal SMM workflows independently without micromanagement.
• Track channel metrics using specialized SMM analytics tools and platforms to continuously optimize performance.

Requirements

• Dubai-based experience is required.
• Agency background with experience working with diverse clients and products.
• Experience in Real Estate or Luxury segments is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Figma: Practical skills to create or quickly modify layouts, design social media grids, and prepare brief templates for design teams.
• Practical experience with SMM analytical platforms.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Russian would be a plus.
• Process-oriented mindset: Ability to build workflows from scratch.
• Growth ambition: High potential and motivation to step into a Team Lead role.
