Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Work Conditions: Full-time, On-site; 24/7 operational support required including on-call coverage for security-related incidents and issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage network security infrastructure ensuring stability and availability 24/7.
- Provide on-call coverage for security-related incidents.
- Plan, schedule, and execute system upgrades according to patch management processes.
- Maintain and monitor installed certificates in F5, proactively communicating expiries to stakeholders.
- Oversee security client coverage across all workstations and servers, taking proactive actions to ensure comprehensive protection.
- Enhance processes for firewall policies and conduct periodic clean-up exercises.
- Enable and deploy Two-Factor Authentication on systems and applications.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain network stability.
- Mentor junior engineers on new technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Validate technical design documentation for complex network changes.
- Address security incidents as part of incident and configuration management.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues related to collaboration and voice systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through the implementation of security policies.
- Conduct vulnerability remediation and develop operational documentation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incident support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Certifications: ITIL, CCIE SEC, PCNSE, NSE-7, F5-401 or equivalent.
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with various security appliances and multi-vendor networks.
- Proficient in IP networking fundamentals and VPN protocols (IPSec, GRE, SSL, Remote Access).
- Experience with ISE/NAC administration and AAA/TACACS/RADIUS technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell for automation.
