ABOUT THE JOB
We are launching ventures with the Middle East's biggest creators, one every 1 to 2 months. We are looking for a creative individual who can generate ideas, film, edit, and launch original content.
WHO WE ARE
For 4+ years, we have built the commercial engine behind the Middle East's most influential creators, collectively reaching over 1B followers. As the region's only creator-led venture group, we aim to launch 4 to 5 ventures this year across SaaS, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and a healthy beverage brand, with a new venture launching publicly every 1 to 2 months. The company was founded by three individuals:
- AboFlah, the region's biggest creator with 70M+ followers and two Guinness World Records
- Saad Sarwar, a 2x exited founder
- Eyad Siyam, who leads content and creators
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create distinctive content for every venture, including recurring series, product demos, creator stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Plan and film creators, founders, products, and customers, knowing when to utilize a camera versus a phone for optimal results.
- Edit short videos for platforms like TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Snapchat, focusing on sharp hooks, pacing, sound, and subtitles.
- Transform each shoot into a diverse content bank featuring alternate openings, cutdowns, stills, and paid ad versions.
- Write captions and publish content directly to venture accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness on the first attempt.
- Own the content calendar and maintain the asset library, ensuring launch content is prepared ahead of schedule.
- Analyze viewer engagement metrics to understand audience preferences and guide future content direction.
GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
You're borderline obsessive about why one video gets watched and another gets skipped.
- You possess a portfolio showcasing content that you personally filmed and edited, demonstrating your unique style.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is required, along with daily AI usage for scripting, hooks, subtitles, versioning, or enhancing edit speed.
- A deep understanding of Gulf and MENA internet culture is essential, with fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- You can demonstrate how your content has positively influenced an account, a product launch, or sales figures.
- Ability to produce quality content across various products and target audiences; experience in consumer brands, apps, or e-commerce is a plus.
