What You Will Be Doing
- Own the company's social media presence in KSA end-to-end, utilizing an Arabic-first voice in the Saudi dialect alongside an English lane for the expat audience.
- Concept, shoot, edit, write, and publish daily short-form video content across TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
- Appear on camera as the face of the company's KSA content, which includes explainers, street formats, and product walk-throughs.
- Build and manage the KSA content calendar around significant Saudi moments such as Ramadan, Eid, Founding Day, Saudi National Day, and Riyadh Season.
- Create tailored content for each platform instead of reposting the same material across all channels.
Content & Brand Growth
- Localize the company's brand content series and develop new Saudi-native formats that resonate with the local audience.
- Build content formats that respect local privacy norms and cultural nuances.
- Ensure all captions, scripts, and briefs are accurate and aligned with our product and legal guidelines.
- Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and replies while promptly directing service issues to the CX team.
Creators & Performance
- Collaborate with our influencer agency and creator roster in Riyadh and Jeddah to brief, direct, and review creator content.
- Identify top-performing content and recommend it for paid amplification (e.g., TikTok Spark Ads, Snapchat).
- Track and optimize the organic funnel from content to app installs, prioritizing qualified traffic over vanity metrics.
- Analyze content performance and trends to inform future content strategies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with our shared production team (video, design, motion, Arabic copy) to deliver high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the UAE social team on a unified content calendar.
- Represent KSA in cross-market planning and share monthly insights with the wider marketing team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation, including at least one brand or account managed end-to-end.
- A strong portfolio of short-form video content you personally created.
- Native Arabic speaker, fluent in the Saudi dialect, and comfortable on camera.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi audience and how they engage with TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
- Experience working with creators and UGC, with knowledge of paid social (Spark Ads or whitelisting experience is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to read performance metrics and optimize towards business results.
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
