Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software architecture for complex systems.
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure architecture meets organizational goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Evaluate and recommend software tools and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards.
- Define and enforce software architecture standards.
- Communicate software architecture to stakeholders.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Risk, and Compliance Management policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in software architecture.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and software testing methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Go programming languages.
- Deep understanding of databases and middleware (SQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, Kafka).
- Excellent communication skills and effective teamwork abilities.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Experience in financial services, digital wallets, banking APIs, or payment networks is a strong plus.
- Blockchain experience is a plus.
