We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our growing development team. This role emphasizes creativity, autonomy, and a proactive approach to learning and development in a positive work environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable full-stack applications that are essential to our core business functions. Our development methodology is heavily focused on Agile practices, enabling small, cross-functional teams to implement innovative ideas efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of full-stack web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Golang).
- Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with message queue systems and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
- Passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
