You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for high-impact automation and contribute to the foundational design of a groundbreaking agent platform. Your work will play a crucial role in increasing operational efficiency through automation, intelligent inference, and workflow orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-powered agent systems to automate internal workflows.
- Architect backend services that integrate with internal APIs and data sources.
- Prototype quickly to validate agent behaviors and establish production-grade systems.
- Improve system reliability and signal quality as usage scales.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in building and shipping production software systems.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML systems and building full-stack systems.
- Ability to prototype rapidly while ensuring a clear path to production architecture.
- Strong systems thinking and comfort in ambiguous, start-up environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
