Senior Software Engineer - AI Enablement HR

In this role, you will architect and develop AI-powered solutions that redefine the way our People team operates, making workflows more autonomous, efficient, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions.
• Architect and build workflows integrating various HR tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll, ticketing) to create coherent systems.
• Ensure compliance with data classification requirements and maintain governance standards.
• Create documentation, templates, and tools to empower the HR team and ensure successful adoption.
• Track and report the impact of automation initiatives.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML applications.
• Experience in HR technology or People Operations, understanding dynamics and workflows.
• Proficiency with AI tools and workflow automation, demonstrated through previous successful implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and capability to connect HR systems via API.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with an implementation mindset.
