Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at the company, you will be involved in the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Analyzing and solving software engineering problems using scientific methods.

You will be fully competent in your area and possess a deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles. You will work autonomously with minimal supervision and act as a key contributor in complex environments, leading software design and development activities. Proactively understanding both internal and external client needs will be essential, as you will offer advice even when not requested.

Your role will require the ability to assess and adapt to project issues, formulate innovative solutions, work under pressure, and drive the team to succeed against technical and commercial goals. You will be aware of profitability needs and may manage costs for specific projects or work areas. Additionally, you will need to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and motivate team members, creating informal networks with key contacts outside of your immediate area.
