As a Senior Software Engineer – Backend, you will work with a team of backend engineers and collaborate closely with the QA team, design team, and Tech Team Leads. This role emphasizes advancing the development stack and ensuring scalability as the user base grows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the codebase and technology stack.
- Lead planning sessions for new product features with detailed rollout strategies.
- Research and integrate industry trends into daily work.
- Develop unit tests to maintain high coding standards.
- Write and maintain exemplary code following best practices.
- Contribute to post-release maintenance and enhance system reliability.
- Build practical, impactful solutions for complex problems.
- Guide peer programming and perform code reviews.
- Design and deliver REST-based APIs while maintaining a focus on service-oriented architecture.
- Manage the complete software development life cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
- 6+ years of professional backend software engineering experience, specifically in Python (Django).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience with high-traffic, large-scale web products.
- Understanding of web infrastructure, distributed systems, performance analysis, and caching strategies.
- Proficient in build process management and continuous integration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt in a rapid environment.
