You will work on:
- Developing internal tools and frameworks that enhance engineering workflows, automation, and deployment efficiency.
- Designing scalable backend systems and databases, ensuring performance, security, and resilience.
- Writing clear technical documentation for engineers utilizing platform tools.
- Collaborating with other engineers to address pain points and develop intuitive internal systems.
- Mentoring engineers and advocating for engineering excellence and maintainability.
Skills You Should Have:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on backend systems or developer-facing tools.
- Proficiency in scalable application development using TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience in designing and maintaining APIs, SDKs, or internal services.
- An understanding of distributed systems and secure software design.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with React or React Native, particularly in building front-end SDKs.
- Background in observability and reliability engineering.
- Experience in leading technical design across large codebases.
