As a Senior Software Engineer at the company, you will engage in designing, developing, and optimizing smart contracts and the underlying infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, contribute to our cutting-edge technology, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative engineering culture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize blockchain architectures focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain smart contracts across decentralized protocols and infrastructure components.
- Conduct technical research and build proofs of concept for new DeFi and blockchain innovations.
- Improve cross-chain interoperability solutions, including bridging and atomic swap mechanisms.
- Enhance smart contract execution efficiency with a focus on gas consumption and low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with security auditors to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen protocol security.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and development standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years focused on blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Ethereum and EVM ecosystems, including Solidity and decentralized application architecture.
- Strong experience in building and deploying smart contracts in production environments.
- Hands-on with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain infrastructure.
- Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and lead complex technical initiatives.
- Strong understanding of smart contract security principles and vulnerability mitigation.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth engineering environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience contributing to open-source blockchain or DeFi projects.
- Familiarity with zero-knowledge technologies and rollup architectures.
- Background in building high-performance distributed systems or low-latency infrastructure.
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and blockchain infrastructure automation.
