Your Mission
Our engineering needs evolve rapidly, and we are looking for engineers with a high-agency, "Get Stuff Done" mindset. You will design, develop, and optimize the smart contracts and underlying infrastructure powering the company. Your role involves collaborating with product leads and top-tier engineers, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of DeFi.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize blockchain architectures with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain smart contracts across decentralized protocols and infrastructure components.
- Conduct technical research and build proof-of-concepts for new DeFi innovations.
- Improve cross-chain interoperability solutions, including bridging and atomic swap mechanisms.
- Optimize smart contract execution efficiency, focusing on gas consumption and low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with security auditors to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen protocol security.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to best practices, CI/CD workflows, and development standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Ethereum and EVM ecosystems, including Solidity and decentralized application architecture.
- Strong experience with smart contracts in production environments.
- Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Strong understanding of smart contract security principles and auditing.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth engineering environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with open-source blockchain or DeFi projects.
- Familiarity with zero-knowledge technologies and rollup architectures.
- Background in building high-performance distributed systems or low-latency infrastructure.
- Understanding of DeFi protocols and trading systems.
- Knowledge of Web3 developer tooling and blockchain infrastructure automation.
